KARACHI: The Pakistan Road Runners Club (PRR) is thrilled to announce its exceptional achievements at the Karachi Marathon, solidifying the club’s reputation for excellence and showcasing the remarkable talent of its dedicated athletes.

In the Female Full Marathon category, PRR proudly clinched the 2nd and 3rd positions, with Umaira Sheraz and Farhat Batool demonstrating remarkable endurance and skill. Their remarkable feat exemplifies the club’s emphasis on fostering talent and promoting female participation in long-distance running.
Furthermore, the Relay Marathon witnessed PRR’s dominance with the team securing the 1st and 2nd positions. The winning team comprised Arslan, Adnan, Abrar, Zain, Amin, Asad, Imran, and Amjad, showcasing exceptional teamwork and coordination.
In the Male Full Marathon, PRR’s athletes displayed impressive finishing times, with a noteworthy mention of 13-year-old runner Afaq Ahmed Jamal, who defied expectations and showcased exceptional resilience, proving that age is no barrier to success.
The Male Half Marathon featured participants of all ages, including the outstanding 5-year-old runner Harris Jamal and the remarkable 10-year-old Shahzaib, emphasizing PRR’s commitment to promoting a culture of health and fitness across all age groups.
