Over 250 polling stations declared sensitive:

QUETTA: The polling is scheduled to be held for by-elections in three constituencies of the Balochistan province today (Sunday).
According to the Provincial Election Commissioner, Muhammad Farid Afridi, the by-elections are being conducted in PB-20, Khuzdar, PB-22, Lasbela and PB-50 Killa Abdullah.
The PEC said that all the necessary arrangements have been made for the by elections in three constituencies of the province.
There are total 100 polling stations in PB-20 Khuzdar. These are included four for male, three female besides 93 combined polling stations.
All the 100 polling stations have been declared sensitive. The total registered voters in the constituency (PB-20) are 93,425.
Similarly, there are total 129 polling stations in PB-22 Lasbela. These are included 27 polling stations each for male and female besides 75 combined ones.
Out of these polling stations, 70 have been declared normal and 59 declared as sensitive.
No polling station has been declared most sensitive in the election constituency.
There are total 139,068 registered voters in the constituency of PB-22.
In PB-50, Killa Abdullah, there are 125 polling stations including 22 each for male and female voters besides 81 combined.
In all 47 polling stations have been declared sensitive with 78 polling stations declared most sensitive in the constituency.
Total registered voters in the constituency are 163,753 which included 104,161 male and 59,592 female.
According to the PEC, services of Police and Levies have been hired for security in the by-elections.
Meanwhile, the election campaign came to an end in the constituencies on Friday midnight.
