One police cop injured in
hand grenade attack
at Civil Line PS

QUETTA: One police sepoy was injured in the hand grenade attack at the Civil Lines Police Station on Saturday afternoon.
According to the reports, some unknown assailants hurled a hand grenade device at the Civil Lines Police Station, which exploded with a bang inside the thana.
As the hand grenade exploded, a police constable performing duty inside the Police Station sustained injuries. In the meantime, the assailants fled from the scene.
The injured police cop was shifted to the civil hospital where his condition is stated to be out of danger.
The investigations have been started in the hand grenade attack. No arrest, however, has been made till outs going to the press, nor anyone or organization has claimed responsibility of the incident.
