SHIKARPUR: The Law & Order condition of District Shikarpur could not be improved which caused record increase in heinous offences including Kidnapping for Ransom, Murders, Road Robberies, Dacoities, Street Crimes etc resulted one Pak Army Jawan was kidnapped from the jurisdiction of Naparkot police station and about 08 Motorcycles were snatched and many persons were deprived of their mobile phones and cash, One Car was stolen from city in past 12 hours in Shikarpur District due to poor performance of District Police and Law enforcement Agencies.
According to initial reports reached here that one Pak Army Jawan named Fayyaz Hussain Lashari of Jhall Magsi was returning back from Sialkot on vacation to his village was kidnapped by some group of armed men from the jurisdiction of Naparkot police near Khanpur on Sunday in early hours.
The relatives of Kidnapped Soldier reached at Naparkot police station and registered the FIR for kidnapping of their beloved there.
Police had started the search of Kidnapped Soldier while using technical support by last location of Mobile Phone etc.
The Kidnapped Soldier would be recovered soon, police claimed.
About 12 persons were Kidnapped from Shikarpur District excluding Pak Army Jawan who are still in the clutches of kidnappers which is a big question mark over the performance of District Police and Law enforcement Agencies.
