SHIKARPUR: The Law and order situation of District Shikarpur could not be improved which caused one more innocent was gunned down by the outlaws in the jurisdiction of Amrot Police Station on Friday night.
According to reports reached here that one car rider identified as Zafarullah Khan Lakho was on his way from Madeji to his home district on his vehicle when some group of armed men blocked the main road while keeping bushes/gross on road for looting the vehicles and when he tried to gear up his vehicle, than the outlaws opened fires upon him.
As a result of firing, the Zafarullah Khan Lakho the prominent person of District Ghotki and the central leader of P.T.Alif (Education Department Union) was killed on the spot. Soon after the incident the outlaws managed good their escape easily without any fear of Law enforcement Agencies.
