SHIKARPUR: The one of kidnapped Car Electrician Muhammad Rafiu Samejo was murdered by the kidnappers due to non payment of Ransom money to them on last night.
According to reports reached here that the kidnappers had send the video of kidnapped Rafiu Samejo on Wednesday night in which his feet toes were tightened and seemed dead and later such video shared on social media (Facebook) as to spread the fear of Kidnappers with the message that they are most powerful to Police and law enforcement Agencies and can do anything at anytime without any hurdles and fear.
And on Thursday the dead body of deceased kidnapped Car Electrician Rafiu Samejo was found dead from Kandhkot Kashmore District near to BS Feeder Irrigation Canal and later sent to Kandhkot Civil Hospital for autopsy and later was handed over to his heirs who brought his body to Shikarpur for his last religious formalities.
The large number of relatives and citizens attended the Nimaz-e-Janaza of deceased Rafiu Samejo who was died due to heavy torture of Kidnappers when his family could not pay the ransom money to the kidnappers.
The relatives and citizens have blocked the city road while keeping dead body of deceased Rafiu Samejo on road and staged a demonstration in protest against the growing lawlessness and killing of innocent Car Electrician.
The angry citizens had expressed their sympathies with the aggrieved family members and sorrow over the poor performance of District Police.
It may be recalled that the kidnappers had kidnapped two Car Electricians identified as Muhammad Rafiu Samejo and Javed Shaikh from the Katcha area of Ghouspur and Shikarpur when they went their to install tracker in vehicles.
No any positive role of Police was seemed towards to control over the growing lawlessness in Shikarpur which caused record increase in heinous offences including road robberies, murders, kidnapping for ransom, dacoities and street crimes etc.
