Eating more meat than usual increases stomach pain, uric acid, blood pressure and cholesterol etc. Always eat in moderation, be fit and healthy.
Doctors said that there is a season of dengue, typhoid and gastro so citizens should be more careful. They said that instead of keeping the meat in the freezer, it should be distributed to the deserving people in this hot and humid weather, there is fear of bacteria spreading.
Medical experts said that the healthy animal should be bought and it should be cooked after Islamic slaughtering and keeping the meat for a proper time. Doctors further said that people suffering from digestive system and liver diseases should eat meat in restraint. They further told that people suffering from diabetes should stay away from sweet items and eat less meat on the occasion of Eid. Citizens can celebrate the joy of Eid with their loved ones instead of the hospital by taking a little precaution.
