On the Directions of the Minister for Environment, Climate Change and Coastal Development Dost Muhammad Rahimon, Secretary Environment, Climate Change and Coastal Development Madam Nabila Umar, Director General Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) Naeem Ahmed Mughal, Regional in-charge of SEPA Shaheed Benazirabad Dr. Gul Ameer Sumbul Sindh Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) SBA team visited plastic bag sealer in nawabshah city.
#During visit it was observed most shopkeeper still buying and selling prohibited polyethene bags all over city
#In this connection, SEPA team strictly directed them to stop this activity and do use man alternative biodegradable plastic bags ahead.
They were asked to abide the environmental laws properly otherwise action will be taken as per rule.
They have been served with Notices as well.
