QUETTA: The caretaker Provincial Minister for Home and Tribal Affairs, Captain (Retd) Mir Muhammad Zubair Jamali has stated that the new Additional Inspector General of Police Makran would be posted with consultation of all concerned stakeholders, and adding he directed to prepare strategy with consultation in this regard.
The caretaker Minister was chairing the first meeting about recruitment of new Additional IGP in Makran, here in the office of Additional Chief Secretary Home on Thursday.
The meeting also attended by the Additional Chief Secretary Home, Zahid Saleem and DIG police Headquarters Qamarul Hasan discussed the matter about procedure of posting of Additional IGP in Makran.
The caretaker Minister Home was briefed about the salient features and aims and objectives of the posting of new IGP Makran.
Moreover, there was discussion on different matters related to the means of recruiting Additional IGP in Makran in light of the decisions made in the cabinet meeting of December 27, 2022.
