NA-198 in General elections 2024, PPP candidate Mir Khalid Ahmad Khan Lound was successful

(By Tanveer Ahmed Soomro)  NA-198 in General elections 2024, PPP candidate Mir Khalid Ahmad Khan Lound was successful, his opponent independent candidate Mian Abdul Haq alias Mian Mithu was defeated,  PS 19 independent candidate Nader Akmal Laghari was successful, opponent PPP Defeated the candidate of Abdul Bari Khan Pitafi.

According to the details, in the General elections 2024, the candidate of the People’s Party from NA 198, Mir Khalid Ahmed Khan Lound, won by getting 120259 votes and his opponent, the independent candidate Mian Abdul Haq alias Mian Mithu, was defeated by getting 90629 votes. Independent candidate (PTI) Abdul Sattar Samoo, supported by  secured 10755 votes, followed by independent candidate Nader Akmal Leghari in PS 19 Mirpur Mathelo and Daharki with 55683 votes and his opponent PPP candidate Abdul Bari Khan Pitafi defeated with 44186 votes. On the other hand, PTI’s independent candidate Mujibur Rahman Marnas got 2374 votes.
