QUETTA: The senior most judge of Balochistan High Court, Mr. Justice Muhammad Ejaz Swati took oath as the acting Chief Justice of High Court here on Tuesday.
The judge of High Court, Mr. Justice Muhammad Kamran Mulakhail administered oath to the acting Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Ejaz Swati at a simple but impressive ceremony held at the court No. 1 of the High Court.
The oath taking ceremony was attended by the judges, Registrar of High court, judicial staff and large number of lawyers.
It may be mentioned here that the Chief Justice High Court, Mr. Justice Muhammad Hashim Khan Kakar has proceeded for abroad.
