QUETTA: The caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Ali Mardan Domki has announced that the memorandum of understanding (MoU) would be signed between the Government of Balochistan and Gambat Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) soon for treatment and transplant of poor patients suffering from liver diseases.
Under the MoU, the patients belonging to Balochistan would be provided medical treatment and transplant facilities on the expense of provincial government.
He also announced that the marked reforms would be brought about in the health sector after making the Balochistan Healthcare Commission functional.
The Chief Minister was speaking to the former Parliamentary Secretary for Health, Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi who called on him here on Wednesday.
Mir Ali Mardan Domki said that we are determined to provide healthcare facilities to the people in remote areas of the province.
He said that the ongoing approved projects of the collective nature would be completed within stipulated time.
