More than 0.4 mln immigrants out of total 1.7 repatriated so far; desirous of early repatriation of remaining ones: Jan

QUETTA: The caretaker Provincial Minister for Information, Jan Achakzai has stated that the process of repatriation of illegal immigrants is continued at a fast pace.
Jan Achakzai said that more than 0.4 million immigrants out of total of 1.7 million have so far been repatriated to their country just because of the farsighted policy of the caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar and commitment of Chief of Army Staff, General Syed Asim Munir.
The Minister Information stated so while addressing a hurriedly called press conference at Quetta Press Club on Monday.
He said that while more than 0.4 million immigrants have so far been reparteed to their homeland, we are desirous of expelling remaining immigrants at the earliest.
The initiative of expulsion of the illegal immigrants to their country was also very necessary for relations of better future of both the countries, Jan Achakzai added.
He said that every country has freedom to take steps under its constitution and law, so Afghanistan has also complete choice to make internal and external policies in accordance with the international rules and regulations.
The Miniter Information urged Afghanistan to take steps to recognize its government and state at the world level.
Afghanistan should not allow the terrorists’ dens use against any other country, and present itself as a responsible state, he pleaded.
He said that the whole world is witnessing the terrorism activities from the land of Afghanistan, and (world) is concerned about the terrorism acts occurring in Pakistan.
He once against reiterated Pakistan’s demand of handing over the terrorists like Gul Bahadur involved in terrorism acts to Pakistan.
