On the recommendations of Deputy Commissioner South, Commissioner Karachi, Syed Hassan Naqvi, has imposed *Section 144* (CrPC) against swimming / bathing / diving and wading in the sea / beaches & coastal areas and banned fishermen from venturing into the sea till 31st August 2024 across Karachi Division.
Respective SHOs have been authorized to take legal action against violators of these preventive measures.
