Misuse of available resources important issue in Balochistan, says Chief Minister

QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti has stated that misuse of available resources is an important problem in the province.
He said that on one hand, we are facing the resources constraints, while on the other hand, the resources which are available are misused.
The Chief Minister was speaking to the media persons during visit to the public parking plaza located on Circular road here on Friday evening.
Also present on the occasion were the Commissioner Quetta, Muhammad Hamza Shafqaat and other concerned high ups.
The Chief Minister said that the public parking plaza would be extended further and it would be run under public-private partnership.
He expressed displeasure over non-completion of the parking plaza and said that he has suspended the concerned Executive Engineer on non-completion of the work of parking plaza.
He said that we would resolve the issues of wrong parking and traffic in Quetta city.
He said that Rs. 1 million monthly are being collected from the parking plaza.
He said that we have plan to build a hotel on roof of the parking plaza.
The Chief Minister said that the people of Balochistan have complete right to lead good life.
He stressed that the cooperation of citizens and media is required for resolving the issues.
Every individual has to fulfill one’s responsibility to resolve the issues besides betterment of the city, adding he stressed further.
Referring the cleanliness, he said that the situation of cleanliness would be improved and issues of sewerage would be resolved in Quetta.
He announced that the rent of government properties would be increased.
