Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti announces to set up 50-bedded hospital in Pishin

QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti has categorically stated that new divisions and districts should be formed on administrative basis as the districts can’t be formed on linguistic basis.
He said that Pakistan is our first identity and we must be proud of it. He said that local government system would be strengthened further. He said that the grant of local councils has been made double in the budget.
He announced to form a committee for taking review of the matter about formation of Pishin as separate division. The committee would review the related matters in this regard.
The Chief Minister was addressing a ceremony held to mark the Independence Day at Rest House, Pishin on Wednesday.
The Provincial Ministers, members of provincial assembly and other dignitaries were present at the occasion.
The Chief Minister announced to start certain new projects for development of Pishin. He mentioned that Pishin is the district the elders of which always supported Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
He also said that the elders of Pishin have proved their loyalty with Pakistan.
He said that education and health are priorities of the provincial government. He said that the school or college teacher who is drawing salary from the government can’t sit at home without teaching children.
He on the occasion announced to upgrade one middle school of Pishin as High one. Moreover, he announced to set up 50-bedded hospital in Pishin besides announcing Rescue 1122 service for the highway in district.
He also announced to consider demand about setting up of sub-campus of Balochistan University in Pishin. Besides, he announced grant of Rs. 100 million for the Pishin local council.
