Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo directs concerned district administration to remain alert, provide wholehearted assistance to rain affected people

QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo has expressed sorrow over the financial losses caused due to the heavy rains in different areas of the province.
According to an official hand out issued here on Sunday, the Chief Minister has directed the district administration of the concerned districts to remain alert and fully assist those affected due to the heavy rains in different areas.
The Chief Minister also directed the authorities of Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMAP) to start relief activities in the rain affected areas.
Meanwhile, the Director General PDMA reached Lasbela district on directives of the Chief Minister Bizenjo.
He would review the damages caused due to rains besides the rescue and relief activities there.
The DG PDMA would ensure relief activities in the rain affected areas, in light of the Chief Minister’s directives.
Similarly, the relief activities have been started in rain hit Washuk district.
According to another official communique, the food and other relief goods were provided in the rain affected areas of Washuk.
Meanwhile, the relief goods were also distributed among the rain affected people.
