Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat raided at the City District Government High School Mazang on the pointout of his private team where he caught the students red-handed. chitting was being done in the entire center under the supervision of center in-charge and invigilators. Taking strict action, the Education Minister called the SSP Operations and concerned police officials to the spot who arrested 8 persons including 4 private invigilators and 2 center in-charges. Rana Sikandar Hayat got the center sealed under his supervision. The candidates raised complainsin front of the Education Minister against the invigilators and revealed all the secrets. The candidates told the Education Minister that the motto of the invigilators is “payse do paas ho ja”. More than 500 students of the center testified against the center in-charge and invigilators and said that 30,000 of paper and 20,000 of MCQs were being demanded. The education minister said that cheating in the exams is unacceptable. We have already complaints about this center. He said that those who play with the future of the students will be discouraged in every way. Undercover teams are present across the province and are aware of every centre. In case of any complaint, immediate action will be taken. Chairman Lahore Board also took immediate notice of the matter and ordered an inquiry and while forming a committee, asked for a report within three days.
