The main water pipeline that supplies water from Akra Dam to the suburbs of Gwadar has been restored. The pipeline was damaged near Ngur Sharif, leaving thousands of people without access to clean water.
The areas affected by the disruption in water supply included Ngur, Chab Kalmati, Chab Rekani, and other nearby areas. However, under the leadership of Public Health Executive Engineer Momin Ali Baloch, the department’s staff responded quickly to resolve the issue.
Thanks to effective planning and tireless efforts, the critical pipeline has been restored, and water supply has been normalized in the area. The successful restoration of water supply has brought relief and comfort to the residents of Gwadar, who faced severe difficulties due to the water shortage in recent days.
The work was completed swiftly and efficiently, keeping in mind the public’s essential needs, and as a result, daily life has returned to normal in the area.
