Life imprisonment for murdering elderly Father
SHIKARPUR: First Additional District & Session Judge Shikarpur awarded life imprisonment to accused for murdering the elderly Father here on Wednesday.
According to reports reached here that while hearing the ongoing case by First Additional District & Session Judge Shikarpur Tarique Ahmed Bhatti awarded life imprisonment and 02 lac rupees fine and rupees 05 lac as extra to accused Adam Jaffery who found guilty for murdering his older Father Hairudeen Jaffery who was murdered by him son some five years ago in the jurisdiction of Sultankot police Station.
On the failure of payment in cash the accused would have 06 months more imprisonment.
After the verdicts of Court, accused Adam Jaffery was sent to Sukkur Central Jail for imprisonment.
It may be recalled that Sultankot police Station had registered the FIR against the Adam Jaffery and three others by the Saeendad Jaffery the son of deceased Hairudeen Jaffery some five years ago for murdering of his older Father Hairudeen Jaffery.
