QUETTA: The Levies force raided two government schools, which otherwise were occupied by the illegal occupants, in Duki area on Sunday.
According to the Assistant Commissioner Duki, Zahoor Ahmed Baloch, the government schools retrieved from the illegal occupants were handed over to the Education department after taking them back.
The raid was conducted at the Government Middle School Killi Khair Muhammad Mithi Nasiran and Primary School Killi Bojar.
The Assistant Commissioner Duki said that the headmasters and staff deputed in the schools were also absent for long. Both the schools were being used as guest rooms.
He warned that the stern action would be taken against the absentee staff of the schools. He said that there are 123 non-functional schools in Duki district while 145 schools are working as one teacher school in the district.
