In a major operation, the Levies Force has destroyed a 15-acre crop of charas (cannabis) in the Nasirabad area of Qila Saifullah, Balochistan. The operation was carried out under the special instructions of Deputy Commissioner Qila Saifullah, Saeed Ahmed Dommar.
According to details, the Levies Circle Incharge, Naib Risaldar Safar Khan Jalalzai, supervised the operation in the Kaker area of Khurasan. The entire standing crop was destroyed using tractors and bulldozers. The operation was conducted by the Levies personnel under the supervision of the Levies Station House Officer, Badini.
This action is by seen as a significant step in the efforts to eradicate narcotics in the region.
