LAUNCH OF CYBER SECURITY COURSES PROGRAM IN PAKISTAN: A STEP TOWARDS COMBATING CYBERCRIME

KARACHI: In response to the pressing need to address cybercrime in Pakistan, a significant initiative has been undertaken to introduce modern cyber security courses across the nation. Leveraging advanced technology to thwart cyber threats has become imperative, as the global community has made considerable strides in mitigating cybercrime through modern internet technology.

Recognizing Pakistan’s proficiency in modern technology, a partnership between ZettaMight IT Company in Pakistan and Vendor Junction IT Company in Dubai has been established. This collaboration aims to launch a nationwide cyber security courses program in conjunction with Finland’s renowned KAMK University and Microsoft Company. The program’s inaugural phase will commence in Karachi, with plans to expand across Sindh and other provinces.

The signing of a memorandum of understanding marked the official commencement of this groundbreaking initiative. Syed Javed, CEO of Vendor Junction Company, and Uzair Kaleem, Founder and CEO of ZettaMight IT Company, sealed the agreement. Chairman Abdul Kaleem, Program Advisor Ijaz Baig, Head of Operations Sarmad, Maaz, and other dignitaries graced the occasion with their presence.

The introduction of the Cyber Security Program in Pakistan has been met with widespread acclaim, with expectations of yielding positive outcomes at the national level. With the escalating frequency of cyber attacks and the continual expansion of the online sphere, both companies and governments recognize the imperative need for cyber security measures to fortify their online defenses.
