Larkana Range Police Commemorates Martyrs’ Day with Dignified Ceremony

On the occasion of Martyrs’ Day, August 4, Larkana Range Police held a solemn and dignified ceremony at Sachal Banquet in Larkana to honor their fallen heroes.

The event was attended by several dignitaries including DIG Larkana Nasir Aftab, Commissioner Larkana, Deputy Commissioner Larkana, Mayor Larkana, officials from the High Court and Session Court Bar, Chairman District Council Larkana, heads of various institutions, office bearers of Larkana Press Club, members of civil society, and police officers.

DIG Larkana laid wreaths at the Martyrs’ Memorial and, along with a contingent of Larkana Range Police, paid tribute to the martyrs. The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran.

In his address, DIG Larkana praised the sacrifices of the valiant and honorable martyrs, stating that their contributions are unforgettable. He emphasized that the police department functions as a family, expressing commitment to remember and honor the sacrifices made by their brave officers.
