KP Government Cracks Down on Non-Compliance in Education Department

PESHAWAR- the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its Higher Education, Archives & Libraries Department, has taken resolute action to address instances of non-compliance with regard to posting and transfer notifications within the department. Reports have come to light, revealing that certain Principals have steadfastly declined to relinquish their positions to recently transferred or newly appointed officers. The Competent Authority, with a keen sense of responsibility, has regarded this matter with utmost seriousness and has, in response, issued directives for the initiation of disciplinary proceedings against those Principals and Staff members found to be in defiance of these crucial administrative procedures. To proactively tackle this issue, the department is fervently urging all stakeholders to ensure unwavering adherence to the transfer, posting, and adjustment notifications meticulously issued by the Department. It is imperative that all parties, be it the Principal of the college or the officer in question, diligently comply with these directives. In the event of any reported non-compliance, swift and decisive action is mandated, with the concerned department being instructed to promptly forward the case for the initiation of disciplinary proceedings. The timeline for taking these imperative actions has been firmly set at a swift three days, underscoring the urgency and priority assigned to this matter. The overarching goal is to guarantee the seamless and efficient administration of educational institutions within the region, safeguarding the quality of education and the integrity of the system.
