The team, led by SDO Abdul Hakim Joya, visited a private oil mill in Konri, Hyderabad, and met with local administration officials for 4-5 hours. The complainants were present at the gate and repeatedly tried to contact the surveillance team via mobile phone, requesting to be called in to identify illegal activities, including a large number of unauthorized power connections and valuable equipment inside the mill. However, despite their efforts, the surveillance team showed bias and did not allow the complainants to enter.
