KIU and Bahria University Islamabad will collaborate to promote health, medical, and nursing education.
Gilgit (P.R.) – Karakoram International University (KIU) and Bahria University Islamabad will work together to advance health education, medical laboratory technology, and nursing education. According to the Public Relations Department of KIU, this agreement was reached during a visit by Bahria University’s Rector, Vice Admiral Asif Khaleeq, to KIU, where he met with the Vice Chancellor of KIU, Professor Dr. Attaullah Shah. The meeting was attended by senior administrative and academic officers from KIU, along with officials from Bahria University. They discussed potential opportunities for partnership, aiming to strengthen educational programs and research initiatives.
During the meeting, the Vice Chancellor of KIU stated that this partnership will open new avenues for students and faculty, while Rector Vice Admiral Asif Khaleeq emphasized that Karakoram University plays an excellent role in promoting education and research in the region, deserving of high praise. Bahria University will provide full support for the development of Karakoram University and the advancement of education and research.
