Kashmir Black Day Observed in Gilgit

Gilgit, Oct. 27, The district administration of Gilgit organized a rally from Bea-Nazir Chowk to Ghari Bazaar to express solidarity with Kashmiris and commemorate Kashmir Black Day. The event, held to condemn India’s unlawful occupation of Kashmir, drew large crowds, including local leaders, traders, youth organizations, and citizens.

Speakers at the rally emphasized that Kashmiris have never accepted and will never accept India’s illegal occupation. Despite India’s brutal force, the spirit of Kashmiris remains unbroken ¹. They honored the sacrifices of martyrs and freedom fighters who have fought for Kashmir’s independence over the past seven decades.

The rally demonstrated the unwavering support of the people of Gilgit for the Kashmiri struggle for freedom and self-determination.
