Jan Achakzai condemns incident: Caretaker Minister Home takes notice of firing on women, orders probe

QUETTA: The caretaker Provincial Minister for Home, Mir Muhammad Zubair Jamali has taken serious notice of the firing attack on the women in Hazar Ganji area on Thursday morning.
According to an official hand out issued here on Thursday, the Minister Home sought report of the incident from concerned high ups and ordered to constitute a special team for investigation into it.
He said that it is a sorrowful incident and is just contrary to our traditions.
He directed to arrest the culprits involved in the attack on women in Hazar Ganji.
He also directed to provide medical facilities to the injured women.
Meanwhile, the Minister Information Jan Achakzai condemned the incident of firing targeting women in Hazar Ganji area.
In a separate official statement issued here, Jan Achakzai said that the concerned high ups have sought report from the concerned authorities.
He also directed them to present the report at the earliest so as to take the culprits involved in it to task.
Moreover, he also directed the law enforcement agencies to play effective role in prevention of such untoward incidents in future.
