Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) Deputy Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Sindh and renowned religious scholar, Moulana Hafiz Nasrullah Channa, emphasized the significance of Rabi-ul-Awal for the Muslim Ummah and urged the community to highlight and disseminate the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) throughout the month. Speaking at a Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) gathering at the Jamaat-e-Islami center in Tando Adam Moulana Channa noted that Rabi-ul-Awal is an opportunity to connect people with the mission of the Prophet (PBUH). He underscored that Jamaat-e-Islami aims to implement Allah’s system on Earth, freeing people from servitude to others and guiding them towards obedience to Allah and His Messenger. He stressed the need for adopting the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to escape the darkness of ignorance, injustice, and oppression.
The gathering also featured speeches from District Ameer Abdul Ghafoor Ansari, Deputy Ameer Mushtaq Ahmad Aadil, and local Ameer Abdul Sattar Ansari, who echoed similar sentiments. They emphasized that the establishment of a system based on the principles of the Prophet (PBUH) is crucial for the peace and security of the nation, particularly for Pakistan, which was founded on the principles of the Kalima Tayyiba.
Moulana Channa also highlighted the ongoing issues faced by Pakistan’s people, including the burden of inflation, and criticized both current and former governments for their inaction on these matters. He praised Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman for his vocal stance against inflation, unjust utility bills, and the exploitation by IPP companies. Channa urged the public to actively support Jamaat-e-Islami’s membership drive and contribute to its efforts to address these issues and combat oppression.
