IG, NHMP SALMAN CHAUDHRY PARTICIPATED IN LIVE “E-KHULI KACHEHRI” ON FM-95 RADIO AND FACE BOOK ORGANIZED BY NHMP

The National Highways and Motorway Police is holding “E-Khuli Kachehri”, on regular grounds. In this regard, Inspector General, National Highways and Motorways Police Salman Chaudhry participated in the “E-Khuli Kachehri”, on FM-95 Radio and NHMP official Face book and answered the frequently asked questions from different walks of life across the country.  Speaking to the citizens, IG Salman Chaudhry said that the first priority of the National Highways and Motorway Police is to make the journey of the citizens safe and secure. The citizens put their suggestions before the IG. IG Salman Chaudhry told the listeners that due to effective measures on motorways and highways, there has been a clear reduction in the accident.  He also requested the citizens to cooperate with the National Highways and Motorway Police. Do follow the traffic rules for the sake of their own safety. IG, Salman Chaudhry stated that such forums are the best means of direct communication with commuters and general public. Road Safety training Institutes will be opened soon all over the country to improve the driving skills of the citizen. Stern action will be taken against the kite flyers with the help of local police so that motorcyclists remained safe from any untoward situation. Implementation of axle load control regime is being ensured. Therefore, it is a special request to the transport union and goods transport owners to cooperate regarding this noble cause to save our National Highways.  In this “E-Khuli Kachehri”, IG, NHMP categorically highlighted welfare issues of the force and said that all possible efforts will be made to resolve them.  Advertisement will be announced in near future for new recruitments to meet acute shortage of manpower in National Highways and Motorway Police.
