Hub Rally Cross event to help promote tourism & highlight positive image of Balochistan at international level, Governor

QUETTA: The Governor Balochistan, Malik Abdul Wali Khan Kakar has stated that the “Hub Rally Cross 2024” is a major motor sports event which can become source of attraction for the international male and female drivers and young champions .
The Governor believed that such events and activities would not only help promote the tourism but would also highlight the positive image of Balochistan at the international level.
The Governor was addressing the “11th Hub Rally Cross 2024” in Hub on Sunday.
Also present on the occasion were Deputy Commissioner Hub, Rohana Gul Kakar and Chief Organizer of the Rally, Shujaat Sherwani besides others.
The Governor said that the terrorism sector can’t be ignored in stabilizing economy of the province and country.
In this regard, rehabilitation of the tourism places and sports events is very much needed for promotion of tourism industry in the province, adding he stressed.
Malik Abdul Wali Kakar expressed expressed the belief that there would be positive impacts on the economic and trade activities by paying focus on the sports and tourism.
The Governor said that there’s no dearth of talent and capabilities in new generation of the province, what’s necessary is necessary to provide them necessary facilities and opportunities so that they may brighten the name of their country and province.
He on the occasion also appreciated participation of women racers in the motor sports event.
