Sakrand, August 27 – A two-day spell of heavy rainfall and strong winds has hit Sakrand city and its surrounding areas, including Sabu Rahu, Majid Kario, Pano Khal, Chandio, Dalel, Dero Morio, Lakhumari, Jhalabani, and Mehrabpur.
The rainfall has caused water to accumulate in low-lying areas, villages, and fields, resulting in damage to crops. The strong winds have also disrupted electricity supply, leaving the area without power. The heavy rainfall has made it difficult for residents to move around, and the waterlogged fields have raised concerns among farmers about the impact on their crops.
