Governor stresses need to make tourism places attractive for tourists, provide them necessary facilities in Ziarat

QUETTA: The Governor Balochistan, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail has underlined the need to make tourism places in Ziarat attractive for the tourists and provide them the necessary facilities there.
He said that Ziarat can become source of attraction for the tourists of all over the world because of its natural beauty, Quaid-e-Azam Residency, ancient juniper forests, natural water falls and historic places.
He said that provision of necessary facilities is necessary for promotion of tourism industry in Ziarat.
The Governor was speaking on occasion of briefing conducted during his visit to Ziarat valley on Sunday.
The Governor was briefed about the law and order situation in Ziarat and adjacent areas. Also present on the occasion were Deputy Commissioner Ziarat, Chairman District Council and Municipal Committee besides the political, social and tribal personalities of the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Governor directed to take special measures for establishing officers’ club, restoring all the street lights, providing necessary facilities for the tourism. He also directed to take measures for protection of the tourists.
He made it clear that no negligence would be tolerated in protection of life and property of the people especially the tourists besides provision of necessary facilities in Ziarat.
Meanwhile, the Governor visited the Quaid-e-Azam public library and went round of its different sections.
