Karachi (August 29): Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori met with the German Consul General, Dr. Rudiger Lotz, at Governor House. The meeting focused on enhancing bilateral trade, investment, and other significant matters. Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori emphasized the longstanding relationship between Pakistan and Germany, which spans several decades. He expressed a strong desire to further solidify these ties by increasing trade with Germany.
Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori also encouraged German investors to capitalize on the attractive investment opportunities within the province, highlighting that the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) is providing full support to investors. Additionally, he expressed a keen interest in benefiting from Germany’s expertise in modern education.
In response, the German Consul General stated that Germany has always prioritized its relationship with Pakistan. He further noted that the German government is eager to expand bilateral trade, and German investors are keenly interested in leveraging the province’s potential across various sectors.
