Governor sees improvement in performance of educational institutions of Balochistan

QUETTA: The Governor Balochistan, Malik Abdul Wali Khan Kakar has stated that the overall performance of educational institutions has been improved in province due to our wholehearted attention and struggle. There is also improvement in quality of education in the educational institutions of the province.
The Governor said that surely there were flaws in the educational system and weaknesses in the educational institutions in the past, still certain achievements were made following the joint efforts of all responsible and concerned high ups.
In this, the active cooperation of higher educational institutions of other provinces has also contributed and played important role.
The Governor was speaking to the Chief Executive Officer of Professional Education Foundation, Javed Farooqui who called on him here at the Governor House on Monday.
He said that we fully realize that it is very necessary to bring Balochistan equal to other provinces in education sector just because there is no concept of the development without education.
The Governor said that it is our conscious endeavour and desire to increase the number of allocated seats for students of Balochistan in the educational institutions of other provinces. This would help provide better opportunities of higher education to our maximum students, he added.
