QUETTA: The Governor, Malik Abdul Wali Khan Kakar has believed that Pakistan especially Balochistan would become the hub of economic activities with completion of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project.
He said that the rising sun of Gwadar is a beginning of a new bright future in the whole region after prolonged darkness.
The Governor was speaking on occasion of the briefing conducted by the Chairman Gwadar Port Authority, Pasand Khan Buledi about the port activities at Gwadar on Saturday.
The Governor was on visit to the Gwadar deep seaport where the Chairman GPA briefed him about the overall functioning of the port and GPA activities there.
He said that Balochistan is an important link of the mega project like CPEC and Gwadar is a brightening feather in the cap of CPEC.
The Governor also said that we have to learn modern skills to our new generation in view of the ever changing economic conditions in the near future.
Later, the Governor went round of different sections of the Gwadar port.
