Peshawar, Oct 9, – A delegation of Young Leaders Parliament (YLP) from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, led by President Naveed Ahmed Khan, called on Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, at the Governor’s House.
The delegation briefed the Governor on YLP’s platform and initiatives to engage youth in positive activities. They also requested the Governor’s support and participation as a guest of honor at the upcoming Three-Day Internship Program in Peshawar.
Governor Kundi welcomed the delegation and expressed his commitment to empowering youth and women in all sectors. “My focus is on bringing forward talented youth and women,” he said.
He acknowledged the potential of KP’s youth, stating, “Unfortunately, they lack opportunities to grow.” Governor Kundi also acknowledged the province’s challenges, saying, “Khyber Pakhtunkhwa faces numerous issues, and we must work together to address them.”
The meeting provided an opportunity for YLP members to discuss various provincial issues, particularly youth development, with the Governor.
This collaboration aims to foster a positive and productive relationship between the Young Leaders Parliament and the Governor’s Office.
