Governor directs NADRA high ups to improve present methodology by benefitting from modern scientific inventions & new IT

QUETTA: The Governor Balochistan, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail has directed to the high ups of NADRA to create easiness and improve the present methodology by benefiting from the modern scientific inventions and new information technology.
He also directed to start double shifts in the NADRA offices in big cities and run mobile vans for the remote areas of the province. Our actual objective is to serve the people better at their doorstep for we are making efforts and formulating public friendly policies.
The Governor was speaking during the briefing on performance and future plan of the NADRA in Governor’s House on Friday.
Also present in the briefing were Director General NADRA, Kashif Iqbal and Principal Secretary to the Governor, Hashim Khan Ghilzai.
Speaking on the occasion, Governor said that it is a new start to introduce online application system by NADRA.
The basic objective of this is to increase access and facilities for the common men to all necessary documents, he said.
He said that we can reduce rush of the people in the NADRA offices considerably by improving the existing procedures and benefitting from the new information technology.
He urged all the deputy commissioners, local government representatives, media persons and civil society to create awareness among the people of their respective areas about preparation of the birth certificates and other necessary documents of the children at the union council level.
The Governor said that the public friendly initiatives taken by the NADRA have been designed to make accessibility of the important documents easier to the people.
He stressed that it becomes duty of every conscious person of the society to extend full cooperation in the matter and find out modern solution to the issues.
