Governor Balochistan Meets Chairman of World Wide Muslim Hands

Quetta, August 5: Governor Balochistan, Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, said that non-governmental organizations (NGOs) play a vital role in providing cooperation and assistance during natural disasters and promoting social welfare at the community level. It is commendable that whenever and wherever natural disasters and major incidents occur, humanitarian organizations like Muslim Hands promptly provide emergency assistance, including food, shelter, medical facilities, and clean water.

He expressed these views during a meeting with a delegation led by Chairman of World Wide Muslim Hands, Syed Lakhht Hasnain. On this occasion, the Governor of Balochistan said that all efforts made by Muslim Hands for the welfare of the poor people of Balochistan are highly appreciated, and it is expected that they will continue this chain of public service in the future.

Governor Mandokhail said that the efforts of non-governmental organizations are commendable as they work in collaboration with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to optimize resources. He added that the government values the contributions of NGOs and hopes that they will continue to play their role in promoting social welfare and providing assistance during natural disasters.
