Governor Balochistan exhorts heads of federal govt. institutions to play role for establishing good governance

QUETTA: The Governor Balochistan, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail has exhorted provincial heads of the federal government institutions to play their wholehearted role for establishing good governance in their respective institutions besides keeping them free of irregularities.
He directed to the concerned heads of SSGC and QESCO to end the process of sui gas overbilling and unannounced load shedding of electricity in the province.
The Governor was speaking to the heads of federal government departments deputed in Balochistan here at the Governor House on Tuesday.
It may be mentioned here that it was the maiden meeting of the Governor with the heads of federal government departments after his assuming office of the Governor Balochistan.
Speaking on the occasion, Governor Balochistan stressed that performance of each and every federal department should be seen on ground but the its fruits should also be reached to the common men.
He said that it is also responsibility of resolving the issues being faced by federal government institutions besides reviewing the system of removing the complaints.
He said that the performance of departments can be bettered further by improving the mutual coordination among them.
Meanwhile, the heads of federal government departments briefed the Governor about overall functioning of their respective departments.
Besides, certain important decisions were made following the proposals and recommendations made by the heads of federal government departments.
