Inspector General Salman Chaudhry of NHMP highlights the importance of road safety through seminars, workshops, and walks. Special directives were issued for senior officers to conduct sessions at major institutions, focusing on road safety and career counseling. Weekly campaigns emphasize seat belt use, speed limits, signals, lane discipline, helmet use, zebra crossings, and dangers of mobile phone use while driving. A special lecture was organized at Pakistan Ordnance Factory, directed by IG Salman Chaudhry, aiming to instill traffic rule adherence among employees and management. SPO Younis Nawaz and Nabila Yasmin delivered a comprehensive lecture, emphasizing NHMP’s priority of saving lives by promoting youth awareness about following traffic rules and avoiding accidents. Gift hampers were awarded for correct answers during the session, and the administration praised NHMP’s efforts, stressing the importance of adhering to traffic rules for societal safety.
