On the special instructions of Provincial Transport Minister Ibrahim Hasan Murad, progress has been made on the project of inclusion of eco-friendly electric buses in various cities of Punjab. The date of International Competitive Bidding has been extended in Punjab Transport Company. It has been clarified by the spokesperson of Punjab Transport Company that the purpose of expansion is to receive maximum number of applications while the process of applications will continue under the supervision of Transport Secretary Ahmed Javed Qazi and CEO Faiq Ahmed. The date of submission of pre-qualification applications has been extended from 02nd February to 23rd February 2024 while the correctness notice and pre-qualification documents can be downloaded from Punjab Transport websites. Application can also be submitted in office of Punjab Transport Company during office hours. According to the spokesman, there will be no change in all terms and conditions of pre-qualification while the applications received after the last date or time will not be considered.
