Chitral, November 28, A free medical camp was organized by security forces in Arandu, Chitral, providing medical treatment to over 700 local patients. Pakistan Army doctors conducted medical checkups and provided free medicines, supplements, and medical advice to the patients. Additionally, vaccinations, health and hygiene kits, and first aid kits were also distributed among the patients. The local community appreciated the initiative and thanked the security forces for providing free medical treatment and testing facilities.
