SHIKARPUR: Four more persons were kidnapped from Shikarpur District in a day from the jurisdictions of Naparkot Police Station and New Faujdari Police Station here on Friday.
According to initial reports that some group of armed men kidnapped the five persons traveling on datson vehicle from village KB Allah Bux Soomro Rahimabad Link road near Khanpur who were retuning back after attending the religious meeting there in the jurisdiction of Naparkot Police Station.
Later the kidnappers released three of them and took away two persons including Datson driver and Echo Sound Operator identified as Sanaullah Soomro and Basheer Ahmed Pahore.
Received the information about kidnapping of Two persons from Rahimabad Link road, area police said.
Police reached at the place of incident and while collecting information took the datson in their custody and started their investigation.
Similarly two more youngsters of Brohi Community were kidnapped from Village Janno Sharif in the jurisdiction of New Faujdari Police Station here on Friday in early hours.
According to details, two youngsters identified as Israr Ahmed Brohi of 20 and Ali Nawaz Brohi of 18 went to their Agricultural Land as usual for irrigating their land and did not returned to home.
The parents of kidnapped youngsters said that their two youngsters were kidnapped by some group of armed men and took them away on gun point towards Katcha area.
It may be recalled that 07 persons have been kidnapped from Shikarpur District in last two weeks.
The law and order situation of District Shikarpur is going to be worst day by day which caused record increase in heinous offences including road robberies, kidnapping for ransom, dacoities, street crimes etc due to poor performance of District Shikarpur police.
