FIR has been registered against Special Judge FIA Court Islamabad Humayun Dilawar

FIR has been registered against Special Judge FIA Court Islamabad Humayun Dilawar, his brother Sadiq Dilawar, father Dilawar Khan and Registrar Taj Mali Khan for illegal occupation of government land, anti-corruption has also obtained an arrest warrant from the court.

In a video message released from his office, Special Assistant to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Anti-Corruption Mossadeah Abbasi has said in details that an FIR registered against Special Judge FIA Islamabad Humayun Dilawar, his brother Sadiq Dilawar, father Dilawar Khan and Registrar Taj Mali Khan for illegal occupation of government land in Bannu district. It is said that in 1976, Dilawar Khan made a case against Ghulam Asad alias Kala that I have possession of the said land, so this land should be transferred to his name. This land is also called Shamilat / Mazi. While under Section Three of the River Protection Act, no one make any kind of construction up to 200 feet from boundary of river.

He further said that they were allowed to use this land for farming only. In 1980, the court passed the order and this 176 kanal land was transferred to Dilawar Khan.

On January 24, 2023, during the caretaker government, Dilawar Khan made his two sons, Humayun Dilawar and Sadiq Dilawar witness and made a fake entry in the degree in decision, and transferred three additional mugza, which are 39 kanals, in his name. These are 199 kanals and 16 marles of land, which have been made part of a private housing society. The value of which is around one and a half billion.

Mossadeq Abbasi further said that we are also taking action against the issuing of NOC which has been given because the public at large has been Cheated.

The authorities should not have given NOC as this society is on Shamalti land. An FIR has been registered in this regard. While arrest warrants have been obtained for the accused.

Mossadeq Abbasi further said that Sadiq Dilawar is a grade 17 officer. He is the Chief Executive Officer of this private housing society too. An officer cannot work in two different places. We will send a letter to the concerned authorities for action against them.

Mossadeq Abbasi further said that we will send a copy of the FIR and related documents to Chief Justice Islamabad High Court and Registrar Islamabad High Court that the senior judge is involved in fraud. We will take the case to the Supreme Judicial Council to identify persons who are sitting in such high positions. Full action will be taken against them so that they are punished
