The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) recently hosted a grand ceremony at its headquarters to commemorate its 50th anniversary. Established in 1974, the agency has achieved remarkable successes nationally and internationally, which were highlighted during the event.
The ceremony was attended by former FIA directors-general, senior officers, and esteemed guests, including Malik Asif Hayat, Tariq Masood Khosa, Zafarullah Khan, Captain (Retd) Syed Muhammad Abid Qadri, Captain (Retd) Ahmed Latif, and Mohsin Hasan Butt.
The event began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by an address by Additional Director-General Headquarters, Jan Muhammad. He expressed gratitude to the participants and emphasized that FIA’s success lies in its dedication and professional expertise.
The agency’s 50-year journey, challenges, and future plans were also showcased during the ceremony. This milestone marks a significant achievement for FIA, reflecting its commitment to serving the nation.
