Islamabad, Oct 9 – Investigation Officer Arif Khan Kundi of Federal Ombudsman Secretariat’s Regional Office in Dera Ismail Khan visited Bhakkar district to address public grievances.
During the Open Court Session (OCR) program on Oct 8, Kundi heard complaints against WAPDA, BISP, Postal Life Insurance, State Life Insurance, and other departments.
On-the-spot relief was provided to complainants, with Kundi issuing directives to relevant officials.
Addressing a press conference, Kundi emphasized Federal Ombudsman Ajaz Ahmed Qureshi’s commitment to holding open courts and inspecting government offices in remote areas to resolve public grievances promptly.
