On the directives of Federal Ombudsman Ejaz Ahmed Qureshi, Syed Mahmood Ali Shah, Regional Head of Federal Ombudsman Sukkur, heard petitions filed against Sukkur Electric Supply Company (SEPCO) and Sui Southern Gas Company in Larkana.
Decisions were made on the applications, with two cases referred to NEPRA for further action. Additionally, all 15 applications filed against Sui Southern Gas Company were resolved.
Shah instructed officials to implement the decisions promptly and warned against any injustice to the affected applicants, stating that strict action would be taken against violators.
In conclusion, the Federal Ombudsman’s swift resolution of these cases demonstrates a commitment to addressing public grievances and ensuring accountability from public services. The affected applicants have expressed satisfaction with the outcomes, and the decisions are expected to bring relief to those affected by the issues with SEPCO and Sui Gas.
