Federal Minister of Interior, announced five major initiatives islamabad May 28, 2024, in Islamabad. The minister announced five major initiatives for the convenience of Islamabad’s citizens, including:

1. Capital Emergency Services
2. Capital Waste Management Company
3. Capital Safe City Authority
4. CDA (Capital Development Authority)
5. Capital Wasa (Water and Sanitation Agency)

The minister has tasked the Chairman of CDA and Chief Commissioner of Islamabad, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, with overseeing these initiatives. The goal is to provide the best and fastest services to the citizens of Islamabad and make the city an ideal place to live.

During his visit to the CDA headquarters, the minister also made important decisions to provide relief to the citizens and launched the 1122 ambulance and fire brigade services.
